Cohorts / KEYS ProgamChatfield's KEYS program is designed to meet the unique needs of adult students whose personal and professional aspirations include higher education! Chatfield College understands the struggles and challenges individuals face while obtaining their Bachelors degree. Therefore, we have developed an Accelerated Degree program in partnership with several Baccalaureate Institutions to help you succeed in your efforts to obtain a higher education. Our Accelerated Degree program is set up in a cohort format. Cohorts are a natural fit to adult education-a group of students who enroll at the same time and progress through required courses together in the same sequence.
