Heekin Named Chair of Chatfield College Board of Trustees

Chatfield College in northern Brown County, Ohio and in Cincinnati near Over-the-Rhine, has announced the appointment of Kip Heekin as Chair of its Board of Trustees.

Heekin joined Chatfield’s Board of Trustees in 2004, where he has served on the college’s Advancement, Executive, Planning, Nominating, and Finance Committees, as well as Vice-Chair of the Board and Co-Chair of Chatfield’s “Building Community” Capital Campaign.  In addition to Chatfield, he currently serves on the boards of the United Way of Greater Cincinnati Foundation, the Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation, and the Indian Hill Winter Club.

Heekin is currently Vice-President, Private Banking at 5/3 Bank.  His past work experience includes Tri-State Superior Walls and Arthur Anderson Corporate Finance.  He received a BA from Duke University and his MBA from the University of Virginia.  He lives with his wife and children in Indian Hill.
