Coca Cola Scholarship Awarded to Goshen Grad

June 9th, 2014 Coca Cola Scholarship Awarded to Goshen Grad

Chatfield College, a private, Catholic, liberal arts college granting the Associate Degree in rural Brown County, Ohio and Cincinnati's Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, has awarded a Chatfield College First Generation Scholarship to Rachel Burnett, a recent graduate of Goshen High School. Rachel was one of 16 area high school students who are the first in their families to attend college to receive a Chatfield College First Generation Scholarship.

The scholarships are made possible by a grant from the Coca Cola Foundation. Chatfield is the only college in the region to receive this grant and is one of only 400 colleges across the country offering Coca-Cola First Generation Scholarships. Fewer than 10% of U.S. colleges have received this grant and are able to award these prestigious scholarships.

The scholarships are full-tuition for use in the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 terms at Chatfield College.
